Sterling Heights, MI Homes, Buildings, Property Structures, & Home Inspections:
With Sterling Heights having such a rich history there is a variety of buildings, property, houses, and homes it has to offer. Each home and house has its unique challenges when doing a home inspection. Your home inspector should be well versed in the different kinds of homes, buildings, property, and houses in the area. When doing a home inspection your home inspector should be thoroughly checking mold, radon, water testing, sewer line, lead, asbestos, pests, pool/spa, structural engineering, structure components, roof, plumbing, electrical, foundation, well water, well, septic, and more where applicable. Not every house, home, building, and property will need the home inspector to perform all of these inspections. Your home inspector should do these inspections only when necessary. But whether downtown Sterling Heights or in the suburbs of Sterling Heights your home inspector should be well qualified to do home inspections.
